The 1998 Sega game "Star Wars Trilogy Arcade" is in MAME, but doesn't work properly yet. (And when it does work, you'll likely need an 8GHz CPU to run at full speed! It runs at about 40% on my X2 4200+).

I also once played "Star Wars Arcade", a 2-player game from Sega released in 93/94. This one was pretty rare (based on the same platform as Virtua Racing). I don't think MAME does this one very well either.
