Since you have Vader on ROTS and Jango on AOTC, I would recommend putting Darth Maul on the TPM version. I'm pretty sure you should be able to find a hi-res pic of Maul somewhere.

Why not put Darth Sidious on TPM, since he is the main villain of the first one?

Any suggestions for the characters that should be on the backs then? Provided they're hi-res. The reasons for choosing Jango was he was the main template for the clones, therefor relevent to the movie title. I could easily change that to a clone trooper pic I saw. Now, I could always move Vader to Episode V and put Sidious on III. Maybe I'll just use a pic of Qui-gon and Obi-wan for I. Episode IV I'm using the droids and Luke on VI.

Sokudo Ningyou: When the saga is done, I'll probably release the template for others to use if you don't mind waiting awhile.

Why not have Darth Maul for Episode I, Count Dooku for Episode II, and Sidious for Episode III? Those were the main villians for those movies, at least the ones that were most seen. A generic clone trooper would be boring, IMHO. I think that Dooku would be more interesting. Just my thoughts.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to go all villains for the prequels. I know it's the fall of the republic and all... Unless I go with the villain (I), hero (II), villain (III), hero (IV), villain (V), hero (VI). So then, that would make it Maul, Obi-wan, Sidious, Droids, Vader, Luke. Hmm... doesn't sound too bad.

I'd go with Maul for Ep I and then change the text from green to red. I think that'd look a lot better.

Actually that brings up another question; colour scheme. I was hoping to have a different colour for each episode. Since I have 3 Sith, I can't make 3 red. Unless I just stick with red and blue. Might be a safer bet.

FWIW, casualimp, I remember Lucas discussing the colour palette of the OT once, in some documentary.

He said that EPIV was all about earth tones, your browns and grays etc, EPV was about metal and tech, so white, black and silver, and EPVI was all about a return to organics, hence the Ewoks beating the Empire, with a lush pallette of greens and browns.

When you think about it, kind of makes sense. I'm not sure if the Prequels were given this much artistic thought, but there it is...

Good to know Cassidy. My original thought for the OT was to go with an brownish colour, followed by a greyish and then green. I will definately stick with that now. Now, I might stick with what I have character-wise (extracting gets tedious). Tedious... HAHA! That's my new nickname for Lucas... Darth Tedious.

It is a nice concept but unrealistic, unless you actually have it run through a packaging company in bulk. There may be a way to "fake it", but I just assume to keep it SIMPLE.

Well maybe not completely unrealistic, what about that guy you can pay like $40 for stuff like this? You'd just need to give him the layout and he'd add it to his repetoire.

With the accordion layout? I would be amazed.

Maybe for the box layout, ect. That is the easy part.

FYI, I've been busy with me back in school and other work as well, but thinking I will finish my latest set on saturday or sunday, and ultimately upload the whole set.. Haven't forgot it!
