Dear Jay or Zion, or whoever edited my last post
funny... even the abbreviation gets edited now. Now that's another thing I hate... and you don't even let me show MY side by editing a link to a website that has nothing to do with the current one, except for the same banner. Well, at least you makke one thing clear: you are right by neglecting anything that stands in your way. Very honourable. But in my forum you post openly all the insults you have on your mind, all the nice conspiracy theories you made up. I feel humiliated. You've won.

I am here for fanedits. This was my last post about this matter here, Jay, Zion, anyone, come over to my website to discuss some more and be NOT edited to death.

Shimraa: I don't know either why Jay looses his temper. And it is none of my business, never was. I was asked to delete my forum and I said YES, if people are allowed to talk here. But NO, that was not enough, then I should delete the domain either and give up all control to trust someone who has not been honest int he first place. I was tempted by that offer, because I love this website here, and I asked all the people, who help me build our beautiful fanedits website and they all said DON'T DO IT, WE DON'T TRUST JAY, HE IS NOT HONEST. Majority decision. Case closed. And what can I say. Thanks guys for letting me be part of the right decision. We would not have been happy over here.

I just want to add that I thought it was really cool that this site didn't have mods. Aside from a few instances, I still don't think they're really necessary here. And that's not a dig to either of the mods we currently have. I just think it was an awesome concept to let us work out our own troubles. True it wouldn't work on other boards, but I thought it was doing pretty well here, only needing the very occasional intervention by Jay.

See, I wish you wouldn't think like that. It makes you sound like you have something against Jay. Like you said, Jay is human and probably just forgot. If the preservation forum was a place you rarely visited, why would it matter so much that a mod was elected with powers only in that forum?

Again, I have nothing against you or Dayv or anyone else. But understand that just because someone is a very prominent and respected part of a community, it doesn't mean that they "deserve" to be a mod.


well in dayvs case i find the fact that he had been an unoffical mod enough of a reason to to make him a mod. when the site didnt have a mod in the first place.

I was a very prominent member of TFN about five years ago. I had a lot of friends there that were mods and Fan Force RSA's. I believed that I too deserved to be a mod because of the way I acted and treated people. But you know what? The administration didn't see things my way and never once was I considered for a mod position. I didn't like their decision, but that doesn't mean I hated them for it or thought any less of them.


were you the top active poster at the time? had you been acting as an unoffical mod for 3 years prior to your desire to be a mod? had you been one of the most prominant members of the site for the prior 3 years? and was there a dire need for a mod at the same time? and had you shown that you were more then capable of being a mod?

all of those dayv has fofilled and surpassed, for those reason feel that he should have been mad a mod for the SW section and the Off-topic section. and that you since yuou were there so often could have been the mod in the preservation section. it would have been the logical and fair way of doing things. but jay decided against it, i donno why, but seeing that it was so logical i feel that dayv should have been given a reason.

I'd like to know what kind of interactions I've had with your associates that would lead them to this conclusion (aside from Dayv, whose issues with me are well documented in this thread).

If this is their opinion of me, I'm glad they're going elsewhere, frankly.

I hate that my dog was castrated today. Yes, he was a dominant, barking, pee-at-every-tree kind of dog-man... but I fear he might lose his character now... and if that is true, his character was attached to his balls obviously.

Jay, and Dayv, I still respect the both of you and hope you can work out your differences, but I agree Chaltab. I think we all need time to cool off. That is all I'm going to say on the issues.
