Speaking of inconsistencies... (I'm sure a lot of these have come up before)

AOTC:
Explain why Nute Gunray wants Padme's head on a plate before he'll sign the separatist treaty when she's the leader of the opposition to the mobilization of a military against it? Man, I understand that Darth Sidious needs the separatist movement to threaten the Republic so he can create an army, gain emergency powers and scare the republic into giving him full control of the galaxy because he wants power and Lucas wants to do a little social commentary on current government politics..., so why couldn't he have been behind the assasination attempt? Instead the separatists all want her dead. What?

And what's the Republic doing WITHOUT a military in the first place? How come the Trade Federation is allowed to have an army and not the fucking people in charge of the galaxy?

How come the "cloners" have been making clone armies for like--forever, and the Republic's army is the "finest they've ever created?" Have there been "clone wars" preceding the one and only "clone war" that is referenced throughout the rest of the Star Wars fanbase as the "clone war" because it exclusively made use of clones?

Of course there's C3PO's participation in the prequels, but that's explained in like...two seconds right at the end of everything with an ancillary ass cover. Thanks LF... Now just go back and erase Lars' memory too, Owen had that very distinctive protocol droid ever since Shmi came into the family, I'm not sure exactly why C3PO up and left for no reason to follow Anakin and Padme off to Geonosis, but whatever it's been brought up countless times before...

Seismic charges in space? Sound and fire was enough cause you could just pretend they were there in spirit so all could suspend their disbelief and enjoy Star Wars, but as a weapon?

ROTS:
Remember to grab real tight to a nearby rail when the bridge on a starship has decompressed.

If General Grievous coughs, then he breathes, which is okay because he's a cyborg, but why does he have no trouble breathing in the vacuum of space when he escapes the bridge? You can't dance back and forth like this LF. He can't be a robot and a cyborg and back and forth to accomodate whatever the hell it is you need it to accomodate.

Since when is a lightsaber--primary ingredients being light and saber--magnetic against Darth Sidious' lightening? Being able to block laser bolts is one thing because lasers are made of light too, so light can reflect light and...wait...
