That's the thing SKot - everyone knew how critical it would have been to have the theatrical cut of AOTC after the EPI DVD thing...so, it's gotta be out there somewhere, including the IMAX cut.

Very interesting that the Pan & Scan transfer was used as reference - perhaps this would be a useful start? I'm pretty sure that they digitally moved things around...curse Lucas and his infernal tinkering.

The more I think about this, the more I want the IMAX version!
