I think something like "WEEK 1 - EMAIL WRITING CAMPAIGN- SOUND AND VISION MAGAZINE" (or whatever) would eliminate any confusion.

I post at a forum for a rock group sometimes, and they just recently finished a tour. Every night of the tour, someone would start one thread, like "5/11/06 SHOW #8 - DETROIT, MI - PHOTOS/REVIEWS" and everyone who attended the show that night would post the pics they took, the setlist, and write their impressions about the show in that particular thread. We did this every night until the tour was over, and it worked very well.

I think that same idea would work for this project.
