You make the assumption that people (the jury) would actually give a damn. Sure they may like SW, but I think most casual SW fans actually prefer the SEs. Surprisingly, when I told some friends that were only casually into SW about the OOT coming to DVD (prior to the whole non-16x9 enhanced, LD master news), they laughed and said "why the heck would you want to see an old, outdated version when you have the new ones?"
