I created a SE CD of Pulse (and one for Delicate Sound of Thunder as well) in the late 90s that mixed all the different tracks from both the Video and CD releases into one definitive release. I even secured an early soundcheck where they played "Lost for Words" but I don't think it fit in the final version. Now with the "Bootlegging the Bootleggers" part of the new disc, I'll probably mix all those songs back in and make a new definitive version for myself. I always wanted Poles Apart as it was performed the night I saw that tour in person.
Anybody going to this years Roger Waters tour? Apparently he's playing Dark Side in its entirety. One night only in Europe (Italy, I think) Nick Mason is playing with him for the Dark Side set.
I'd rather go to David Gilmour's tour. Richard Wright is also on it, and on their setlist they are playing my favorite, "Echoes", in its entire form.
I was planning on buying that DVD but I have this thing about seeing Pink Floyd gigs on the screen, feeling kinda bad for not BEING there, you know? But since my Pink Floyd in Pompeii DVD is starting to get holes on it from repeated views, I might get this one.
You know what I bought yesterday? "Taxi Driver", out of a discount bin. I hadn't seen that one and wanted to very badly. Pretty awesome, sometimes kinda freaky. Has it's flaws, specially over editing, but it's great nonetheless.
“Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” — Nazi Reich Marshal Hermann Goering
What? No "A Boy and His Dog", "Threads", "Running Man", "Soylent Green"? No "Escape from NY"? No "Mad Max"? What kind of a post-apocaliptical box is that??

Long Answer: Media Blasters/Shriek Show deals mainly in types of movies you would find on MST3K, and I'm a big fan of both. Although I also like the movies you named; I have the Escape from NY and Mad Max dvds. These shriek show box sets are especially nice since you get three classic b-movies for the price of one
Not me, "Christmas Presents" from my loving Grandparents.
Thats nothing for 12" or 1/6 scale figures, though, there are many figures MUCH more expensive. I've got all of the LOTR and most of the SW SSC 12" figures pre-ordered(with MY money) that cost 50-65 bucks a piece.
