I've created much more of this .... and I'm pleased to report that the Fourth Doctor, Tom Baker, is now part of the "cast." So are Sarah Jane Smith, K9, and the Daleks. I never intended the effects in this to be completely convincing (more slightly silly and in the vein of old Dr. Who), but I must say the shots are starting to get eerily realistic. Maybe it's just that certain actors look good together.

I downloaded a "Pantha" DVD of Doomsday and ironically it's worse quality than my AVI of the episode. Scary. Whoever did it captured it non-anamorphic, and then set it to anamorphic - so the image is stretched and tiny on the screen ... terrible. It did give me an episode of "Totally Doctor Who" which I'm using for evil purposes in this edit. Oh yes.
