Demystification and over-explanation ruin any story AFAIC. I just love the way that, in the OOT, there are so many things which just happen. No explanation needed. We are watching a documentary on something "A long time ago in a galaxy far far away" so why the hell should we expect to know the whole story and everything about every detail that goes into it? It just makes the whole story look flat and contrived.
