Pirates 2 is to Pirates 1 as X2 was to X1. As a sequel, far superior to SR. It was a little too long, but served up a whopping slice of entertainment. Used all the existing characters well and added equally good new ones. Even Bloom and Knightley both emerged from their former bland status.
