The good news:
My host had a backup with all my stuff.
The bad news:
They can only restore the backup if the entire server was to be restored.
The good news:
I've now found all of my covers again, so they are back in my possesion.
The bad news:
I'm too lazy to upload 80+ covers right now, expect it to be in this week.
