ETA: The vanilla Bittorrent client may not be the best. The clients mentioned above (Azureus and µTorrent) seem to be well regarded.

See, I actually read those FAQ's but I still didn't get it.

Sorry - this stuff just isn't my area of expertise.

I will try a different client though to see if it works out better (i.e. makes more sense).

Otherwise, if anyone could give step-by-step instructions on how to do my config, I would still be really appreciative.
