My intention for TSOSW was to have Rebel11_38 re-create the original '77 theatrical crawl. That's why there's no episode# or "A New Hope". It wasn't ANH when the album came out in '77, so it seemed more fitting to format it identical to the original crawl. Seeing as how ESB has always been labeled as Episode V, I will absolutely make it that way.
