Penelope Spheeris was on the Henry Rollins Show about a month ago, I THOUGHT I heard her say that the DVD's are coming out later this year

And here's the official "decline" site which states COMING SOON TO DVD & VIDEO!..... but a quick trip to the Internet Archive shows that the official site has been claiming that for more than FIVE YEARS! "decline" site from February 2001
I don't know, I think that holding my breath for the official release would probably result in my face turning blue
