I believe that Clark Kent is the real personality. Had he grown up on Krypton he would have been one of the shyest boys in his class. But because he has such great powers on Earth he takes the initiative to help out those who desperatly need it. But he's not allowed to interfere with Human events (i.e. war, civil up risings, political endevors. He saves people from the symptoms, not the cause) so he does what he can.

A someone once said: "Clark Kent is who I am. Superman is what I can do."

Batman on the other hands is who the man really is. Bruce Wayne is just the social face he puts on.

And I gotta say, for someone who never watched Superman growing up, I am totally in love with this movie. I'm seeing it again tomorrow.

And the Spider-Man trailer looked cool, but I'm only excited about seeing it for Topher Grace. I've noticed that a lot of people who didn't much care for Superman Returns said that Spider-Man 1 and 2 were much, much better (along with X3). I personally thought that Spider-Man 2 sucked. It was so cheezy and cliched in my opinion. And sure, I liked the X-Men movies, but good lord I loved Superman. To each his own I guess.

And for those of you who took Chemistry, please direct your attention to the fact that Krypton is a real element.
