I've been looking into this as well. Too young to remember the Hartnell period, but I had the Target paperback of The Tenth Planet. Unfortunately, episode 4 has been lost, so it's unlikely to ever be seen again. Eps. 1-3 may be available as bootlegs, but I've not seen them. Seeing the 'Rise Of The Cybermen' double-episode in the current series made me want to see 'The Tenth Planet' from the Hartnell years.
