Anyways...I'm currently playing through Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. I've beaten Sands of Time, but the single most annoying feature of all 3 games is back to haunt me...I can not swing from a bar and jump off a wall. Walljumping of this type involves 15plus minutes of frustration each and every time.
Anyone here who has played the game have any suggestions? Is it my timing?
Everyone knows I am a huge Metal Gear fan, right? Well, I worked out a trade on another board and am finally getting a Medicom RAH Snake figure, which I've wanted since MGS3 came out:
I don't buy collectibles now as much as I used to, but I HAD to have this Snake(no double-entendre there, so shut your yapper).

It sounds like it's just your timing. I really don't know what to tell you. I alwasy throught Wall Jumping in POP was some of the easiest in any 3D game.
Maybe my problem is that I compare the walljumping in PoP to walljumping in Ninja Gaiden. It's like night and day.
Remember that part near the end of the Sand of Time where you lose your rewind abilities, and you have to make all sorts of complicated jumps on the outside walls?
Yeah...4 days of hell. Then I got my brother to do the walljumping and let me finally finish the game.
Yep, but only in Journeyman difficulty, so far. Finished absolutely everything, though - Duke in every country, all the treasures, all the family members, all the lost cities, all the love affairs...
I'll ramp up the difficulty next time...
In other news, I'm also playing Flashback for the Megadrive. Great game.
I'm debating whether or not to transfer my EB credits that I had set aside for Twilight Princess for the GCN and plop them down on a wii and then just get Twilight Princess for THAT system at a later date.
Tough choice, really. I know the Wii version will have unique features and better graphics, but at the same time, to buy a whole new system to play a game that was supposed to come out LAST fall for an existing one just seems ridiculous.
I'll probably get the GC version this year, then wait a few years till the Wii version is cheaper and get that.
I've been playing Goldeneye 006 on an emulator lately. I still can't get over how much the final game changed from the beta version. I'd pay anything to get my hands on a copy of that thing.
