I refuse to let this be a plot hole. I try to belive that Leia was refering to Mrs. Organa, not knowing she was adopted, even though Luke says "real mother". Perhaps Bail Organa's wife died, and then he re-married, and the "real mother" was the first one...

*sigh* OK I tried my best George! You tell ME how we handle that one!
