sean i would def use names. most people love to hear their name, because it means you've taken the time to learn and remember it. i'm always impressed if a person remembers my full name, cuz i will sometimes introduce myself with my full first middle and last name (cuz it all kinda rhymes) and if they remember it all i'm like wow either they have a very good memory, or they actually care.
use names as much as you can.
