If something is time-compressed you can't sync it up directly, you'd have to un-time-compress it first. As far as I know they didn't tamper with the pitch on the time-compressed releases, so you could probably just stretch it up. And don't you think you should include an English track too? It's nice to preserve the audio tracks you grew up with, but you prefer the original audio too right? I think changing all the voices and making them German would be much worse then any of the SE changes...
