pal to ntsc conversion help needed

I have done this before and never ran into this problem,the problem i have is there is a time difference between the video and sound,this is what i have:
Video = 1:44:34:26
sound = 1:44:35:04
this is from my authoring program Encore.
how can i fix this?

Did you align the video and audio correctly? That small amount of time sounds like a misalignment on the timeline. Zoom in as close as you can and realign.
