Of course you're welcome to try any of them, but the only one I endorse is the one I suggested, namely replacing the offending files with the ones segaflip posted to a.b.starwars.
I believe segaflip copied the files without modification; hence, I believe they're ocpmovie's original files.
I believe Metallaxis also copied the files without modification, but he didn't get his disc from ocpmovie.
I don't doubt DVD-Shrink or some other IFO editor might be able to repair the files to a working state, but I prefer to have ocpmovie's original files.
