If you buy the Original Trilogy DVD's in September, ship the 2004 editions that were packaged with them back to Lucasfilm with a letter stating you didn't receive the bonus discs (you got 2 copies of the 2004 editions in your box) and that you'd like the bonus discs shipped to you.
