I think go to Instant Action, hunt mode, in Tantooine. Then, you get to play as, Darth Maul all you like. It's the sith versus the jedi/heroes. So, you can also play as, Yoda, Han, Count Dooku.... I think that's the mode but, I'm sure it's Tantooine.
