An England Germany final would be great. As usually happens in an important England/Germany match it will go to penalties, but this time England will win. Well, that's what I hope anyway.
EDIT: This is totally random, but I'm bored and I was thinking: Let's say a striker beats the keeper (dribbles round him perhaps) then blasts the ball at the goal. It's dead on target, and going fast. The nearest defender is too far away to get a foot to it. It's 100% going to be a goal. But then the defender decides if he can't get his feet to it he's gonna try a different tactic and he dives across the goalmouth, saving the ball with his hands. The ball doesn't go in. What would happen? Would the ref give the goal? Or would he give a penalty for a handball in the box? Considering a penalty has a chance of being saved, it doesn't seem fair, but what are the rules on this? And has it ever happened?
