My hatred for lucas came spontaniously and instantly, when i read this little announcement on May 4th, 2004 regarding the 2004 DVDs:

"The versions of the films contained on the discs will be AS GEORGE SEES THEM TODAY"

it was enough to sour my mood for the day,
even when I had just returned from winning $200 at a casino!
