Having bought my first OOT dvds off eBay (thinking what a wonderful item it was) and then finding out they were not meant to fund someones next holiday or car (thinking what a fool I was) I will be glad if this sees the death of eBay OOTs. Actually part of me thinks that the letterbox nature of the official release will ensure the trade carries on. We shall see.

Also I don't understand why this could not be made anamorphic, I'm sure it would add only pennies to the manufacture cost of each dvd. I'm guessing the reason is laziness, but hoping that something much better is planned for the future. I'm certain many forum members could do it with a copy of virtualdub.

Finally, if anyone in the UK wishes to complain about the use of the words ".. as they appeared on screen .." in any adverts for this set they can complain to the ASA.
