Use Nero to burn DVD folders and DVD Decrypter to burn images, I found I get the best results this way.
I made this so that users can add DVD-Rom folders but you can also use these steps to make a DVD with Nero
NOW, you can also add CONTENT, JACKET_P or EXTRAS folders - Just drag and drop them into the first window as pictured above
