The worse commenatry track ever recorded is for "Wild Wild West", by Mr. Barry Sonnenfeld. He kept babling of how he shouldn't have directed the way he did, and stuttered while trying to explain too fast all the visual effects on some shots.

And, ironically, one of the best is also Barry Sonnenfeld's, along with Tommy Lee Jones, for MIB - they had the silluette of both actors over the film by using the subtitles to form the image, that was interesting.
