Bustards - they should be releasing those games in Polish back in the times when I couldn't understand what those characters are trying to tell me in King's Quest III...
If it was a combo (English + optional Polish subtitles/media) it would be the best choice. Almost like in the movies (or DVD). But license cost a lot more if it includes original English content - that's why I haven't seen many releases like that.
These trends go on beyond the PC game genre. Polish SW fans had no choice but to force the publisher to distribute subtitled version of TPM (and AOTC too) - otherwise only PL dubbed one would be available. "Hey, TPM it's a kid's movie - why would we force those poor brats to read text to follow the plot?"

DVD makes multinational versions possible (and easy&cheap to compile), but unfortunatelly not all forms of entertainment can benefit from that... especially if it's not financially feasible....

If only getting original stuff wasn't so expensive...
