After I saw X-Men 3 (and was a tad bit dissapointed) I came home that night and found an old VHS (although it was very very very badly deteriorated) of Captain America (from 1991) and started watching it. This started me on an idea to put together a collection (cause I collect DVDs) of all the marvel and dc comics that were made into movies… however some of these are not available on dvd or to download so I cannot make them into DVDs… so I was wondering if anyone here could help me find or would like to trade for any dvds. The following movies im looking for.

MARVEL -

The Fantastic Four (1994) (unreleased)
Captain America (1991)

(Made for TV Movies)

The Amazing Spider-Man (1977)
Captain America II Death Too Soon (1979)
Spider-Man the Dragon’s Challenge (1979)
Captain America (1979)
Spider-Man Strikes Back (1978)
Generation X (1996)

DC -

Superman and the Mole Men (1951)
Swamp Thing (1982)

(Made for TV Movies)

The New Original Wonder Woman (1975)
Legends of the Superheroes (1979)
The Flash (1990)
The Flash II the Revenge of the Trickster (1991)
Justice League of America (1997)

If any of these are available for purchase on Official DVD let me know… and if nobody can help… well then thank you anyways

Hey,

don't forget...

In early 1974, ABC unveiled a 90 minute Wonder Woman movie with tennis pro Cathy Lee Crosby as Wonder Woman.

This may be the same film you have listed as The Original Wonder Woman 1975. The date confused me...

It was released after the 1974... the reason its called the 'original' is cause she wears the real costume etc.

btw.. this isn't a complete list of comic movies.. just what I'm starting with

thanks!

Did they ever put that Nick Fury movie on DVD?

There was also a pilot made of a show based on the comic book Global Frequency that was written by Warren Ellis. It starred Michelle Forbes, and was actually quite good, but when the network (I think it was The WB) found out about it getting leaked onto torrent networks, they scrapped plans for a full-season pickup.

So I finished a Region 1 DVD-R of Captain America... the quality is fair... 90s' vhs steeze. I bought the Flash series DVD and have the episodes needed to make the 3 Flash movies that were made. And I need to know if they are intergrated, or just played on after another.. and if the title credits only play at the beginning of the first episode.

Fantastic Four is on myspleen and if anyone has it can they please seed it? (i dont know if me asking that is a violation of any rules here but if it is I'll edit the post) and I found the 1978 and 79 Captain America TV movies online for sale in a region 0 set... I can't find the videos though anywhere else

Any news on any of the other films??

I also found the 1997 Justice League of America Pilot movie available to purchase... none of these DVDs even look official though and they're a bit pricy considering...

Edit -

And Nick Fury is available for purchase on DVD... but similar to the others.. it doesn't seem like an offical dvd

I actually have a lot of the stuff you're looking for. Here's a tip for you right now: DO NOT pay for any of that stuff. Paying for a bootleg is the last thing you should do. You can always get it for free.

DAYV, don't worry about that VHS. Here's what I have from the intially posted list:

The Fantastic Four (1994) (unreleased)
Captain America (1991)
Generation X (1996) - transferred from UK home video release, includes a few lines of dialogue cut in the US TV airing
Justice League of America (1997)
Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. - also transferred from UK home video release

Email me at reverendbeastly AT gmail DOT com with a trade list. Or, if you don't have anything else to trade, send me blanks and return postage. But we'll work something out.

I used to be very active on this forum. I’m not really anymore. Sometimes, people still want to get in touch with me about something, and that is great! If that describes you, please email me at [my username]ATgmailDOTcom.

Hi everybody. You’re all awesome. Keep up the good work.

Okay I have compiled a list of guidelines and I have found a list of ALL comic book movies... I am just needing some help to set the ones I am looking for (based on guidelines given) in their own group of movies.

1. American
2. Live-Action, no animation
3. Action, meaning no comedies
3. Just Movies, no TV series/shows
4. Taken from Comics, but with a Hero
5. Nothing Before 1978
6. Must be on DVD
7. Major Realeases, no straight to video BS

The complete list can be found here... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...on_comic_books but I am not familar with every one of these movies/comics so that is why I need help finishing the list up. Any help is appreciated.
