For my cut, I just had the Entmoot scene, and the next time I cut to them was when all of the other Ents are marching out of the forest, so it was implied that they made the right decision.

Phillock, what did you do with the Gollum origin scene from ROTK? For the versions I made, I added it as a flashback during the scene where Frodo talks to Gollum the first time after the Dead Marshes scene. It's what was originally intended and I find it fits quite well if you cut directly from Andy Serkis as Smeagol slipping on the Ring for the first time to the Nazgul popping up since they have a similar sound effect.
