Were you able to fix the Ents deciding (at first) to not go to Isengard? That's one of the biggest things that bothered me about the movie. I'm not sure if it's even doable without overdubbing Treebeard. Other than that, it should be easy enough to cut the rest of the footage out and just show a straight cut to the Ents March.
