That's pretty horrible.

I'm only glad I haven't seen this before, but judging by the opening itself, it sounds totally tacky and unimaginative!

Still makes me giggle noticing he was "production coodinator" on "Roger Ramjet".

No, that's largely the final cut you're watching.

Woah woah woah, time out. Mitch, from what I've read, you've been having a hard time, but please realize that OCP has been having some rather crazy times, and just came off of a several day long ban. He didn't get vindicitive with you or anything, he just went with an understated reply. Maybe slightly snarkish, but not vindictive or anything.

I'm sorry things have been so crappy, but can't we all just be on happy hippie commune? Flower circles and all?

He asked a question, I replied.

You got me. If not like you said anything about him "having to know about it". One's got to love the ambiguety of text.

Made for IE Forum's Episode III theme month - May 2005.

Mitch I think you are over reacting just a smidgen. You asked when could you order, he pointed out that its been available for 4 months already. Yeah he maybe could of told you how to order but seeing as you didn't ask him to I wouldn't have expected him to.

Chill, get a coke out the fridge and relax. Life is far to short to get so upset!

New artwork! I wanted a new Zigzag, Yumyum and Thief for the final version of the cover, so:

http://orangecow.org/thief/yumyumcolorweb.jpg
From the zoom in on her when Tack meets Yumyum.

http://orangecow.org/thief/zigzag6colorweb.jpg
From the polo game.

I've done The Thief and a slightly altered King Nod as well, but didn't scan them in yet, as the people I live with aren't letting me use the scanner today.

I also drew the lackeys, and I did scan that in, but didn't color it.

Disc art, two versions:

"How to draw the Thief" -- reference I used for the drawing I didn't scan yet. A major thing is to keep the head round, and all his head parts rounded.

hi
I am rather good at recognizing music themes. I very fond of classical music and original soundtracks.
Could you send me the themes via email and I would love to help you find out what they are.

By the way

apart from listening to music, I am an animator and a couple of years ago i have been following Richard Williams masterclass during Annecy festival. And he began his teaching by saying "first of all, i won't say a word about the thief and the cobbler affair" !!

You can watch the film at Youtube and figure out the themes from there. Search for "Thief Cobbler ..."

what I don't understand is if it is too late to recover the classical music themes. Have you already finished your restoration or is it still time that I help you in the soundtrack?
And please allow me to make a critic of your DVD jacket. If I may, It doesn't look professionnal. It looks really cheap. With the characters pasted together with a blurry shadow around them... You should have been more mysterious, more simple maybe. Why didn't you just capture one of the extraordinary images from the film?
Thanks and sorry for the critic

I have finished my restoration.

In English it's called a "criticism." The images from the film itself would be tiny DVD grabs, and when blown up would look terrible, because their quality is extremely low. I spent a lot of time redrawing them myself at a higher resolution. If it's not to everyone's taste, hey, but I'm proud of it personally.

I haven't been able to check this thread for a few weeks, so I don't even know if it was still needed, but I'm posting this anyway.
I'm terribly sorry, but I will not be able to finish a transcription of the Alex Williams phone conversation as I had offered. Between becoming ill and having to take on two jobs this summer, my time and energy are essentially exhausted at this point. I do apologize and I still hold enthusiasm for this project even if I can't be involved right now.
Thanks.
Surprised, aren't you? I knew you would be.
