how come I have a PAL Sony DVD player that plays both NTSC and PAL DVDs with ease and I see no shutter problems even if it is shown
on a PAL TV? That's strange.

And also... would it help if I had the video turned to a .vob instead of an MPG? or would it pretty much be the same thing...
