I was just watching Empire of Dreams again today, and I thought of something. It said that the making of the original Star Wars was so stressful on Lucas that he started having chest pains. It was severely detrimental to his health the amount of working he had to do on that. So, to me, it makes even less sense that he'd want to cover it up and replace all that hard work with relatively easy CG enhancements/replacements. If I made a movie that almost killed me, I'd sure as hell make sure that thing survived, otherwise it would seem like I did all that suffering for no reason at all!

Does that mean that if we decided to do a 180 and demand Lucas make more changes, the Star Wars Universe will eventually explode his heart like the Death Star? Wait, then the media will blame us for his death.
