Oh, there've been several so far! If you're interested, you're in for a treat!

I first recommend my own:
9000 Edits
Not to brag, but I think they're pretty good.

Then there's the quite popular ADigitalMan saga edit:
Digie Edits
If you ask me, there are too many unneeded deleted scenes put back in and not enough removed. But worth a look!

Then there's the most famous prequel edit thus far, Magnoliafan's version:
Flowerman's Spectacular
