Bought the DVD "A Murder Of Crows" about killing lawyers who keep murderers out of jail, while knowing they are guilty. Had seen it a few years ago, really liked it. So I pop it in, first thing I notice is that it's 16:9 widescreen, but not anamorphic. Could have known, since it's a RCV release. But since it's PAL that's not a major issue. The thing is, they placed the bottom subtitle line in the lower black bar, so on a 16:9 TV it's out of picture (or you'd have to set it in 4:3 mode). Now what I can do is demux the DVD and rip the subs, and build it all anew. But that will take one to two hours, and you never get the subtitles looking as good as official ones (at least with Adobe Encore, which is what I use).

So I was wondering, is there a way to alter the alignment of the subtitles in the IFO, or another way without having to rebuild the DVD?
