no they are there all right. The clean up job by Lowry Digital just made them stick out more like a sore thumb, I can't believe they could spend time and money revising the effects for the special edition and not digitallly correct or remove them. That is what I and a lot of people think the special editions should have been, not crappy cgi that ruins the original story to fit with the shoddy prequels.

I simply cannot believe that Lucasfilm rushed this release and gave Lowry like only three months lead time, when they had about a year on indiana jones trilogy. Plus the color correction is plain horrible, and the sound mix on a new hope is so badly screwed up that I hope Ben Burtt had nothing to do with it and their deliberate creative decision.

I hope that if they ever plan on releasing them theatrical again, or putting them on a high def format they restore them painstakingly frame by frame, and screw all this automatic restore crap.

and on top of that it is just a joke that they could'nt pay mark hamill and harrison ford a liitle bit of money so they would be on the commentary track. I like ben burtt and all but he has way too much on there.
