You're not allowed to post links to torrents. Here's a step by step guide to finding it though:

1). Go to: thepiratebay.org
2). Check the video box on the front page (and make sure that's the only box checked)
3). In the search box type in Phantom of The Opera
4). Click Pirate Search
5). On the next page that loads the first two listings should be the file you're after (both have Re-synched in the title). One is a DVD disc image and the other is a DivX Avi encode. Decide which one you want and download it.
