Well, I guess it could be. Replacing the background would be fairly easy (there are some perspective changes but that can be taken care of), but the real problem would be painting in the speeder. It was tricky enough when I removed the very skinny and full-of-holes droid at the front of the Mos Eisley sequence. The speeder is hidden for a good few frames and changes angle to the camera.
