But that's LFL's track record at REMASTERING Star Wars to DVD for last years release. There is absolutely nothing suggested (and a lot to suggest otherwise) that they are going to tamper in anyway with this release. Just take a Film Master of what they did back in '93 (which was very good back then) and take a new digital transfer of it to turn into the new DVD's coming out in September. What could possibly be goofed up with that, I'd be surprised if LFL actually have much to do with any stage of the transfer, they'll send the Film Master to a lab to be digitised and that's it. A clean transfer, no remastering, no tinkering, no nothing. They won't have any opportunity to mess anything up. When the DVD's get released, then WE can do all the remastering we want.
