Recoloring Mace's saber blue is something that Trooperman is doing in his Shroud of the Dark Side edit (http://www.originaltrilogy.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=9&threadid=1895.

Someone at the Starkiller Ranch (possibly Trooperman himself) will be doing a saga edit of ROTS, so Mace's saber will definitely be blue in that.
