Yeah, but if he's offering products and services to other forum members, he has a responsibility to them and needs to respond. Especially when someone spent money to send him media to have copies made. Effectively, it's theft. More specifically, it can be considered wire fraud. Not that it needs to be taken to this level, but you can't be so flippant about it, either. He promised something and didn't deliver. He needs to take responsibility for his actions and make things right.
