I did a bit of research to see what you were talking about:
Gods of LA: 2 hours 20 minutes
The Animal Game: 5 hours, then 3 1/2 hours, and then down to 2 1/2 hours.
Sweet Jesus, Garrett. You have to learn to let go man. Having done a fair amount of writing, I know how heart-wrenching it is to make cuts when you like all of the material, but you gotta make some cuts, as people just don't have an attention span that long, especially for dramas. Also, they just take too long to shoot. ("Gods" took, what, three years?)
You do great work man, but Richard Williams is not an ideal role model for success.
