I've never actually gotten fired, although one particular incident came close. the only thing that made it not a "Firing" was that i wasn't getting paid in the first place.

It was part of a now defuct vocational training program in which students where sent to Job training sights around the town.
only we weren't really being trained. we were expected to do the job as a pro right from the start. So, apparently i was doing something wrong, but instead of Helping me and pointing me in the right direction, they just went ahead and "Fired" me. I did not find it to be a very plesant experiance.
