Really tricky call ! I'm so familiar with the ones on the front, and love the biohazard warnings in the eyes, though the back cover eyes are totally new as an image - so provide a nice change to the norm. I guess for continuity sake (and you knew this was coming...) the front eyes on the back cover would be the best compromise

though, as mentioned at the expense of the other pair.

The front cover ones are quite animalistic, and hence more in line with the nature of the film (though a vast part of the social commentary aspect of the film as well), the rear eyes are more "horror" movie, so it's whatever style you are going for klokwerk.
