I tried to do the same with Jar Jar's voice, but it doesn't work because:

1. Normally, Jar Jar doesn't speak very clearly and his grammar makes him hard to understand.
So, with changed pitch, he wouldn't be understandable anymore.
2. Jar Jar's unaltered voice sounds very, uuhm, squeaky. And if the pitch is lowered, it's sounds like a frog.
