tupac was an engima, he was famous and is idolised because of his work, almost every single one of his songs had more mean when reading between the lines and people respected his for that, he was one of the first true political rapper, and tried his hardest to describe the getto to the general population. so many of his songs were just heart touching, when you pay attention to the lyrics. you want some examples, listen to songs like 'life goes on', or 'all eyes on me'. changes is also a great song. in my experience most people that dislike tupac cant relate to his music and thus can understand why he is considered great. vinilla ice was a peice of shit i can beleive you would even compare the shit that guy spat out to tupac stuff.

as for how tupac is still releasign stuff. thats all cutting board stuff. people dont release that most of the time rappers will go into the studio and free style away till they find something they like, and use that as there song. there is so much stuff that tupac made that wasnt released and thats why its still coming out every now and then. i think on one of his records eminem set a record by recording an entire album in 12 hours.
